London 2012: English Breakfast and more... (Florian, Germany)

When we stayed in London, I realized that breakfast in England isn’t much the same like in Germany, but it tastes very good.

Breakfast at the hotel was prepared by the nice staff. Especially the serving lady was very pleasant, because she greeted everyone and spoke in a very mannerly and friendly way that I have not often experienced before.
In accordance to this we modelled our behaviour on hers and took breakfast like real gentlewomen and gentlemen.

After setting off on that morning, we visited the famous Camden Town Market in London.

At this big market “being polite” is not so common because many customers hassled me, so I didn’t like the market.

For a nice close of the day, we had dinner at an Italian restaurant in Leicester Square.
The waiter was very friendly to us, so our group behaved well and was very polite too,
using the cutlery and eating without sounds. Also, we kept our voices down, because we weren't the only customers at the restaurant.
